EOGEPL poised for ramp up and growth

The leadership visit, and the inauguration of EOGEPL’s corporate office building comes at a time when the company is looking at ramping up production, especially since the commissioning of the GAIL’s Urja-Ganga pipeline. In August 2018, EOGEPL signed a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with GAIL, which provides for a 15-year supply contract between the two companies. The GSPA allows EOGEPL to monetise its entire CBM production from the Raniganj block at a globally competitive price. EOGEPL’s Raniganj CBM Block is the first CBM Project in India to cross the threshold of 1.0 million cubic metres of gas production. The project is commissioned with 348 wells and a state-of-art indigenous infrastructure facilities.
