OGD Services Limited successfully re-certified with latest standards of ISO

OGD Services Limited is proud to be have been awarded a re-certification of ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) and migration from the occupational health and safety standard (OH&S), OHSAS 18001:2015, to the latest globally recognised international OH&S standard ISO 45001:2018.

This internationally recognised standard ensures that we have robust and clearly defined procedures in place in all our business areas such as operations management, supply chain management, risk management, handling of documents and data and strong business continuity processes. We have developed and implemented our quality management system in order to improve the overall performance, maintain a high-level of quality and strong customer service and to provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.

ISO 45001:2018 has been designed to act as a single standard to promote better occupational health and safety (OH&S) management around the world. It incorporates new concepts on OH&S management, helping to strengthen both leadership, management of risk and worker involvement. Implementation of this new standard aims to reduce potential risks to both employees and employers, by reducing the cost of work days and regulatory action that can result from poor OH &S management.

The INTERTEK team carried out the remote audit and were pleased to observe no major findings and subsequently recommended OGD Services Limited be awarded the certification for ISO 45001:2018. Our integrated Management System is now certified with the most up to date standards of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety.
