Essar recently onboarded a new batch of management graduates under its Business Leadership Program (BLP) on June 1, making them a part of the #EssarFamily. Nineteen bright young minds from IIM A, B, C, and reputed colleges like XLRI-J came on board to become the #LeadersOfTomorrow at Essar.
The BLP induction programme lasted 15 days and included sessions with promoters, business CXOs, senior management, Ex-BLPs, and all the departments at Essar. The HRs conducted various activities for the BLPs to break the ice, engage with their peers, and to get a glimpse of the Essar way of life! Activities included an Essar Hunt, a design thinking workshop, and a party at Essar`s very own Sky Lounge.
The final leg of the induction was at Jamnagar Gujarat, where the BLPs visited the Salaya Power Plant and Salaya Port.
