“On Boarding refers to a four step process of "acquiring, accommodating, assimilating and accelerating" new hires.

The term "on boarding" has also been used to refer to the process where an ambitious new employee maximizes his or her first months on the job to learning how to become effective (and thereby to advance within the organization), emphasizing a different set of four "a"s ("awareness, alignment, accountability and authenticity")”

Offer Letters


Offer Letters are provided to the candidates who have cleared all the selection process .
Generally Offer letters are dispatched on the name of training and placement officer, after couple of months from the date on which campus recruitment drive was conducted.
Selected Candidates are requested to be in touch with their training and placement officer


Joining Dates/ Accommodation


Joining dates/ Accommodation for the candidates are declared by personalized mail to individual selected candidates and also through their training and placement officer
Candidates are requested to keep a trace of their eMail ID provided at the time of recruitment drive
Joining of 2010 pass out students will commence from the month of June/July 2010


Medical Test


Selection Of a candidate is confirmed only after Medical test conducted at the Health Care Hospital of Essar by the doctors of the organization and are termed as fit for employment by them
Candidates are requested to take a medical test on their on expenses before joining so that necessary medication could be taken if necessary, before joining.

Document Validation


Process of Medical Checkup is followed by Document Validation, All the documents of a candidate is verified by officials.
Selected candidates are requested to bring all the documents in original and 2 set of attested photocopies at the time of Joining
