Executive Development Review (EDR)
A mid-year developmental discussion where the supervisor works with the employee to understand aspirations, identify training needs, and define a developmental roadmap. The EDR helps identify future ‘potential’ and meet succession planning for key critical posts.
Key account talent management
High-performance and high-potential employees are offered select programmes to accelerate career progression through a planned sequence of roles.
As an employer of choice, we offer a high engagement environment where engaging employees is our preferred leadership style.
We use the Hewitt Model of Engagement, with six drivers of engagement: people, total rewards, company practices, work, opportunities, and quality of life – to drive structured initiatives on employee engagement.
These include Hewitt Engagement surveys, action planning workshops, FULCRUM workshops for line managers, and employee engagement awards for innovative HR practices.
