Essar Oil renews major product sharing agreement with Bharat Petroleum

Essar Oil (EOL) has renewed a major product sale and purchase agreement with Bharat Petroleum (BPCL). The agreement is for the sale of petrol, diesel, kerosene and aviation turbine fuel from EOL's Vadinar refinery in Gujarat. The agreement also entitles EOL to purchase products from BPCL and gives the two companies the option of sharing distribution infrastructure. Mr Dinesh Sota, Head - Sales & Marketing, EOL, discusses the terms of the agreement and the recent expansion project at Vadinar.
