Essar Oil knows that innovation is necessary for an organization to survive in today’s highly competitive world. In order to motivate a workforce to innovate, it is essential that they are provided a platform for the free flow of ideas, and the opportunity to share them. On November 7, 2011, Essar Oil launched the ‘Out-of-the-box’ club at Vadinar in order to encourage a culture of innovation.
