Essar Ports enters into strategic alliance with Port of Antwerp International

The strategic pact sees the Begium-based port (the country's secong largest) acquire a 4-per cent stake at a cost of Rs 175 crore in essar ports at Rs 100 per equity share through global depository receipts. Mr Rajiv Agarwal, CEO & MD, Essar Ports, discusses the tie-up and its implications.
