The process of becoming an EOL franchisee.

The 'Expression of Interest' form should be filled and sent to the addresses, mentioned at the back of the booklet. The same form can also be downloaded from our web site - www.essar.com
Once we receive the form, you will be registered with the Company and an acknowledgment of the same will be sent to you.
Our Company officials will get in touch with you and conduct a site survey to assess the layout and business potential of the proposed site.

If the Company is satisfied with the proposal and you agree to the terms and conditions of the company, we will issue a Letter of Appointment for the proposed site and will execute the lease deed franchisee agreement.

On receipt of the Letter of Appointment, you will have to send a duly filled design form along with the site map for the retail outlet.
The Company will develop the layout plan on the site drawing as provided by you. On receipt of which you are required to submit the layout plan prepared to the District Magistrate or relevant authorities to obtain the appropriate NOCs for constructing a retail outlet on that site.
At our end, we would be submitting the same layout plans to the Department of Explosives to get the storage license for the site in our name.
The total time taken for the above process is normally 3 to 6 months till the completion of construction.
