If your skills and interests match our needs, we will invite you for a personal interview.

Your first interview will typically be with a member of our talent acquisition team, and is predominantly to determine your suitability to Essar and discuss your areas of interest. Subsequent interviews will follow if we believe your profile matches an available position.

The discussions with you will aim at gathering critical insights into your capabilities and overall profile.
